Equipping New Leaders.

MULTIPLYING IMPACT.

"So the churches were strengthened in the faith, and increased in number daily." Acts 16:5
Imagine new leaders, tomorrow's pastors, being equipped in your church.
Local churches are experiencing new life and growth by using the Disciple Makers Institute - DMI Practicum. The next generation of effective church leadership is being developed and deployed without having to leave home or home church.

Distinct from traditional Bible College or Seminary, the DMI Practicum is a pathway where learning and doing integrate. Students apply what they learn, right away, to reach new people and multiply disciples. Churches consistently report qualitative and quantitative growth as these new leaders grow in knowledge and experience.

How does it happen?
Students are required to apply what they learn to reach new people, make disciples, and multiply discipling groups.
Local church pastors serve simply as validators, providing a periodic response to confirm student progress. The training focuses on four areas of development for fruitful ministry. We call them The Four Pillars.

Testimonials

"Our church has experienced a drastic increase in every measurable way. We have had fifteen leaders over a three-year period, equipped and credentialed using the DMI process. The year before, we had nine baptisms and five Bible study groups. Since starting the DMI Practicums, we've had over three hundred baptisms and launched dozens of Impact Groups. This ministry practicum was a major tool, used by the Lord, to reach and disciple new people. The expectation for me, as a validating pastor, is very simple AND enjoyable! I don't have to be the instructor. I just encourage these men and women as the learn and serve, celebrating the impact on our local church that reverberates into eternity."

- Pastor Elijah

"I've watched men develop into well-trained ministers of the gospel through the DMI Practicum. The Four Pillars are a solid foundation for effective and fruitful ministry. I wish this had been available when I was training for ministry. It would have accelerated my ministry readiness and effectiveness as a pastor. I highly recommend using this process to train pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders."

"I was called to serve as a pastor later in life. I was actually told that the only was to enter ministry was to attend seminary and get a degree. That would have meant moving to a seminary town, finding a job to support my family, and paying over 30k to study. With the DMI Practicum, there's no need to move, you get a solid foundation and growth trajectory for life in these four keys areas, and it is a fraction of the cost."
